Realistic Expectations

One of the best things we have in here…we have a really nice team. Everybody taking care of everybody. We do the right job. We do it on time. To start, we get two weeks training so they teach us all how to do the service. We come early in the morning, we grab the routes, we’ve got to hear the safety meeting. After that, we have to get into the truck, do the pre-treat, make sure everything’s safe on the truck to clean the units the best that we can. The units have to be perfect. That’s the priority because that’s the first thing the customer’s going to see. We’ve got really good routes. The routes are nice and normal all the time. We’ve got to hit the eight points of the service. We try to have really good communication with the customer before we do the delivery, and after we do the delivery, to make sure that everything is what they want. We get the trucks ready for the next day. We have to return the trucks routes back to the dispatcher. The dispatcher’s got to make sure the routes are 100% complete. Then, after that, we go home safe…just how we came. I feel really happy because after we work so hard, and we see the customers happy…that’s all that matters to us.
