Safety
Safety is a huge part of our culture here at United Site Services. It affects everything that we do. When a new employee is hired on, we give them two weeks of training where we start in a classroom. We give them all of the basic safety training the is required. Daily morning standup meetings where we will talk about the day. We make sure that they have their work boots on, that they have their vests on and make sure that they are alert for the day. They do what we call a DVIR, which is a truck inspection.
