Takeda, MadDash client, is a patient-focused, values-based, R&D-driven global biopharmaceutical company committed to bringing Better Health and a Brighter Future to people worldwide. Our passion and pursuit of potentially life-changing treatments for patients are deeply rooted in over 230 years of distinguished history in Japan.
Why Video?
Takeda invests heavily in their employees, fostering a vibrant culture of openness, innovation, and community engagement. Takeda approached MadDash about capturing this on video, and highlight several aspects of their culture. Their hope was that these videos could be used to inspire their employees, and also convey their corporate culture to potential employees.
The Solution
MadDash recommended putting together a series of vignettes that would 1) highlight each area of the Takeda culture, but also 2) highlight the diversity of Takeda’s work force. After selecting candidates for each video, we conducted several robust interviews and filmed b-roll footage of each interviewee at work to show a true “day in the life.”
