Here at JLL we find solutions to problems. When I present this business card, people know that there’s 200 years of commercial real estate experience behind me. We have a very good reputation, we’re very, very highly regarded. I love coming to work every day. The team environment here is amazing. Our group is 100% day in and day out working together. In a lot of our competitive firms, it’s much more of a dog-eat-dog environment. I want to stay at JLL because I have a phenomenal boss, I get to work in a city I grew up in; however, if I do end up setting my sites on another city, I can transfer within the organization. I have two hundred and eighty global offices to choose from. JLL gave me the opportunity to transfer to New York City. So it’s comforting to know that they’re able to open doors for both my personal and professional life. We work hard but we also blow off steam in some pretty cool ways. Last year, we spent a week in Austin and we did a lot of team-building activities. It’s just a week of a hundred and fifty of us at a resort having a great time. They really know how to reward your hard work. I chose JLL because I wanted to prove that this whole investment in college, all this education, was worth something. This is the place for me to do it. I just love my job. Once you walk through these doors, you’re going to realize that this is the best place for you to be. The only regret I have about coming to JLL is that I didn’t start two-and-a-half years before when I did just get out of college.
